Pastoral coaching releases ALL of who we are and who we are created to be.

If you believe God has a plan and a purpose for your life, if you believe that the choices you make should reflect the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual realities of who you are, then pastoral coaching is for you.

It is also for those who are stuck spiritually, those who feel distant from God and can’t figure out how to move closer, and those facing end-of-life decisions.

Coaching is not counseling. If you need the therapeutic help of a counselor, I can offer you some referrals.

Who is the Pastoral Coach?

That would be me, Kristen Fyfe-Mills. I have worked for more than 30 years as a professional communicator and also hold a M.A. in pastoral and spiritual care. I help people navigate decisions in their personal and professional lives, and help others who are on a spiritual quest to find a deeper relationship to God.
